RECEIVING YOUR PROOFS, RETOUCHED PHOTOS AND PRINTS

Weddings and engagements are needed 30 - 80 days for retouching. Allow an additional 10 - 30 days for your prints to be ready. Times will vary on season and other factors.

BREAKS AND MEALS

The client agrees to provide refreshments or a meal for any event over 4 hours (weddings by default must provide a meal). The photographer reserves the right to a 30 - 45 minute rest period if event photography requires 6 hours or more.

COLORS AND STYLES

By choosing Phototeller you acknowledge the style and colors used and agree to allow the photographer to choose the colors based on personal preference.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

By choosing Phototeller, the customer also gives the contractor the right to use edited photos for his web presentation (website, Facebook, Instagram and others) or printed materials as an example of his work, or for the purposes of promoting his services.

The customer has the right to ask the contractor to remove the photo from the website or Facebook, if the customer is in an unflattering pose or position in the photo or the customer is captured in intimate or otherwise personal situations. The contractor undertakes to comply with such a wish within the shortest possible time after receiving the request.

You can change your date due to the weather or for personal reasons, if the Contractor is free on the new date.

* CHANGES AND EXCEPTIONS

In case of force majeure (especially regulations of public administration bodies of the Czech Republic and other countries restricting the course of the wedding day), the Client is entitled to postpone the date of the events to a new date in the same year without any fee.

You also are able to switch your day because of weather or personal reasons, so long as no other sessions are scheduled that day and it works for the photographer. 

Every new year, the price increases by 10% due to inflation.

CLIENT’S COOPERATION

Deliverable items and shots are contingent upon the client performing actions and cooperating with the photographer. The photographer is not liable if the client’s neglect leads to a compromise of what has been agreed upon. (i.e. agreeing to take photos of a bride getting ready, but she does not make herself available for the time). The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

DIGITAL FILES AND EXTRA PRINTS                

All files will ordinarily be sent digitally through dropbox and will be made available for download. Any additional prints or edited photos ordered are non-refundable, whether or not the client decides to keep them.
